The 60i is our compact, premium attenuation solution aimed at professionals who want simplicity, repeatability, recordability and tone without compromise.
Our two modes provide for either a moderate reduction of -10dB or more significant -18dB reduction.
The -10dB setting is ideal for reducing amplifiers in the 15w to 60w range to the perfect level for small venues, rehearsals, and recording with a dynamic microphone.
The -18dB setting is ideal for jamming out at home, writing riffs with bandmates, and recording with sensitive condenser microphones.
The HB60i utilies an oversize inductor which allows the impedance of the unit to vary just like a real speaker.
This gives a smoother, sweeter high end and increases the sense of dynamics so that your guitar and amp feel more responsive and reactive than when using a resistive unit.
The HB60i is a popular choice for fitting permanently into the back of smaller combo amplifiers.
Simply connect the 60i between your amplifier's output and the speaker itself to get
the real and unique sound of your amp overloading, but at a manageable volume.
